The last few days, I've been feeling better than average. Why? Oatmeal. But because I didn't feel like eating sweet oatmeal, I've been adding strange things like ginger, turmeric, salsa, chipolte, and cheese to my morning breakfast. Very odd, yes. But pretty tasty.
We'd be hard pressed to find a healthier (and cheaper) alternative for breakfast, than oatmeal. If you're tired of old fashioned raisins and cinnamon, give savory oatmeal a try.
